RCS was started by David Ho having extensive background in Information Technology Science and Engineering.

As more businesses come to rely on computers and information, the need for IT skills even in today's flat economy has not diminished, neither for large companies nor for small companies alike. If anything, the small companies who are relying more and more on computer technology and the Internet happen to also be the ones who can least afford full-time IT support.

Sensing this condition in the local marketplace, David decided to specialize in providing highly skilled, high service-oriented IT outsourcing to businesses which need expert, dependable IT support, but which otherwise cannot afford to hire (or need the dedication of) a full-time IT employee. By spreading out and sharing our services among several clients, each client ultimately saves money by having regular, consistent maintenance by people who grow with their company as their needs grow.

David is careful to separate RCS from the traditional "computer repair shops" and to position RCS as a professional services and consulting firm. As a result,  there is no markup on hardware sales. There are no commissions when he recommends computers, printers or other products. David values ethical, long-term relationships with clients based on trust, honesty and dependable service.
